Burgess – Mid Season Event

Challenge

To promote seasonal offers in Burgess Homeware Department. To reach prospects and inform customers. To drive footfall and incentivise purchase.

 

Solution

We developed an integrated activity campaign across point of sale, press advertising, radio advertising PR, email marketing, SMS marketing online marketing and using social media. All elements where possible had a built in means of measurement.

 

Results

Significant increase in footfall to the store and the Homeware Department in particular, in homeware sales, strong coupon redemption.
