We're Hiring A Marketing Operations Manager!

The Marketing Department is a fast growing marketing agency working with a portfolio of Irish and international clients to realise and exceed their marketing goals and objectives.
Due to our continued growth, driven by client needs, we require a marketing operations manager with 3+ years’ experience in a similar role. The right candidate must be passionate about marketing and delivering excellent results and super efficient. The successful applicant will join our dynamic, growing team specialising in digital growth for our clients.

Responsibilities: 

Working as part of a wider marketing team to ensure online revenue grows for our digital growth client portfolio.
You will develop, implement, manage and evaluate a variety of client projects and campaigns, ensuring projects are completed on time
You will deliver clear client briefings, working closely with the wider marketing team and our partners to meet and exceed client objectives and requirements, on time.
You will create and design client proposals, including cost proposals and be  responsible for campaign scope, planning and budgetary control for your designated clients.
You will develop and oversee process to streamline flow of information between internal agency team and clients (manage pipeline)
You will be responsible for client account administration and lead internal post-project reviews, analysis and close-out
You will develop and build strong client and business relationships.
You will be responsible for preparing and delivering performance reports to clients
You will develop commercial opportunities in terms of business development and bringing ideas and solutions to client problems.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications: 

Marketing degree or similar qualification.
3+ years’ experience, preferably in agency in an account management, project management or business development role
Experience working on multiple projects and managing priorities, organisation and project management skills.
The ideal candidate would have a digital marketing background with demonstrable experience in SEM, social media and email marketing.
You must be able to create a brief with insights and have the ability to work with the wider marketing team and provide clear direction.
A drive to succeed with a strategic outlook and commercial awareness.
Ability to manage projects within strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
A track record of overachieving against defined metrics (quarterly targets and reviews).
Technical expertise and ability to acquire knowledge of new products and services.
Be willing and eager to work in a collaborative work environment:
Exceptional organisational, time management, presentation, interpersonal and communication skills – phone, email and demonstrations/webinar
Enthusiasm and energy, with high levels of initiative and drive, and a great, positive can-do attitude.
Excellent attention to detail and presentation skills.
Expertise in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Google equivalents is required .
