We want a dynamic, enthusiastic and inventive paid search specialist to drive client digital success in Ireland and internationally.


The Marketing Department is a fast growing marketing agency working with clients to realise and exceed their marketing goals and objectives.

Due to our continued growth driven by client needs we require a paid search specialist with 2+ years’ experience. The right candidate must be passionate about paid search and the successful applicant will join our dynamic, growing team specialising in digital lead generation and growth for our clients. 

What drives us is driving our clients’ digital success in revenue generation and marketing ROI and the ideal candidate will share that drive and commitment.


  • Working as part of a wider marketing team to ensure online revenue grows for our client portfolio.

  • Create and manage effective PPC campaigns, primarily on Google AdWords and Facebook

  • Working on a client portfolio with the goal of maximising revenue opportunities while working within ROI and CPA targets.

  • Ensuring PPC strategy is consistent with overall marketing growth strategy for the client.

  • Ensuring each campaign is consistent with best practice and is continually optimised tactics including:-

    • Ad copy ad testing

    • Optimising Click Through Rate and Quality Scores

    • Bid Management Optimisation

    • Optimising Conversion Rates,

    • Ongoing Keyword Research and refinement of Keyword Targeting, Implementation & testing of extensions

    • Identifying and reporting on key performance indicators and opportunities for improvement regularly

About You:

  • 2 Years experience in a similar role is essential

  • Google tools to advanced skill level

  • Experience in search, shopping, display and YouTube advertising

  • Performance driven and ROI focused

  • Proven track record at prioritising workload and hit targets

  • Strong analytics skill set

  • A passion for digital and performance marketing

  • Knowledge of emerging digital technologies/trends and understanding the wider implications for the marketplace in the future.

  • Strong written and verbal communications skills

  • A team player with enthusiasm and drive
