We are looking for a highly motivated Agency Account Manager (maternity cover - up to 12 months contract)

The Marketing Department is a rapidly growing performance marketing agency. We are a results focused growing team, committed to supporting our clients to exceed their marketing growth goals and objectives.

Our clients include successful retailers, professional service providers and luxury and boutique hotels. We are the digital growth partner for many well known successful, independent Irish retail brands.

 

We hold high standards and exciting visions. We are passionate about building our clients’ lead funnels and revenue and the ideal candidate will share that passion.

Reporting to the Managing Director, the successful applicant will join our dynamic team on a maternity leave contract. You must be able to build relationships, communicate and work comfortably remotely, full of enthusiasm and ability to take ownership and responsibility of people, deliverables and accounts.

You are very online savvy and a keen eye for detail.

You must be process-driven and have a natural tendency towards being uber organised.

Leadership

Leading a team, responsible for the planning and execution of marketing growth strategies across our portfolio of valued clients.

 

Strategy

The ideal candidate will have a strong agency background and be a highly strategic thinker with a proven track record for leading efforts to execute projects within digital, social and traditional media channels. Responsible for the delivery of accurate, impactful inputs that power the client’s marketing plan and grow their business.

 

Communication

Ability to build trust and drive executive level conversations with clients helping to grow their companies through a consultative led approach. Strong communication and presentation skills. Collaborative approach, ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment with a passion for making an impact.

 

Agency

The candidate will have extensive marketing experience and experience leading teams in an agency environment. The role of the Account Manager will be to own and manage a portfolio of clients, focusing on driving revenue and best practice adoption.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Contributing to a strategic level to client marketing growth delivery plans

  • Day to day account management and taking ownership of each client account objectives.

  • Adding creative input and knowing trends in performance marketing and how they can enhance client work.

  • Usual day to day marketing activities for our portfolio of clients.

  • Research, draft and distribute campaign briefs 

  • Liaise with our agency partners and 3rd party suppliers – media, production etc. 

  • Compilation of end of month/quarter reports and demonstrating KPIs

 

Experience Required:

3-4 years agency experience with 1-2 years at Senior Account Executive / Account Management level.

A degree or Masters in Digital Marketing.

Must have demonstrable experience in leadership, growing accounts and digital marketing.

Excellent software and project management skills. Ideally deep experience using Google Drive.

Proven writing skills. 

Excellent reporting and time management skills and ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time, even under

high-pressure situations.

A passion for e-commerce.

Ability to work on own initiative and set priorities.

Hard-working and ambitious. 

Self-motivated with a positive, friendly attitude. 

 

Remuneration

Salary offered based on experience.
